Peninsula: 2024 Fall High School Prep Team
The Legends High School Preparation program is a specialized training experience designed for committed athletes ages 12 to 14, to prepare them to thrive at the High School level.
The program emphasizes three core areas: Physical Conditioning and Health, Technical Skill Enhancement, and Mental Toughness and Game IQ. This includes a comprehensive approach to focus and composure, situational awareness, resilience, strength and mobility, speed and agility, as well as recovery and injury prevention. Additionally, players receive specialized coaching on Hitting, Fielding, Pitching and Catching techniques.
Mastery in these areas is essential for players to excel in upper-level baseball and progress in their careers. Consistent practice, coaching, and development in these key aspects will help players reach their full potential.
The 2024 Fall Legends HSP team is led by our top coaches, including several former and active professional players as well as current collegiate coaches with insider knowledge of the next level.
Our holistic curriculum extends beyond athletic skills, offering lessons in goal setting, mental durability, leadership development, and essential life skills to help young athletes thrive in today’s world.
The training schedule consists of 2-3 practices or training sessions per week, both on field and indoor training facilities, providing players with personalized coaching and comprehensive growth plans. The program runs from early September to Thanksgiving, with practices leading up to the first games in late September. Players can expect 2 games every weekend from late September until Mid November at local Peninsula based High School level fields.
